Abstract: Three Greek autographs from the depositories of the Institute of Manuscripts of the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine are investigated in the article. Two of them (IM VNLU, col. 72, 62) were written by Colonel Aristid Khrysovergis (1809 – 1889), born in Mesivria and grown in Odessa, participant of the Greek Independence War (1821 – 1829) and later, in 1853, a Greek volunteer in the war campaign of 1853 – 1856. The first document bears the title of “The Fall of Sebastopol. Extracts from the story “The Arrival of A. Khrysovergis in Russia” and is a kind of epitaph to the city abandoned by its defenders on 8 August 1856. The second one is an eight quatrains poem commemorating the salvation of the divine life of Emperor Alexander II from the assassinate attempt on 4 April 1866. All the three autographs have supposedly come to Kyiv as a part of the manuscript collection of the Odessa History and Antiquities Society in 1945.
