The abstract is given in one paragraph, with a width alignment; the abstract is submitted in accordance with the requirements of scientometric bases as a structured abstract and should contain the following selected elements: the purpose of the work, methodology, scientific novelty, conclusions, keywords. The abstract in Russian and English is a translation of the Ukrainian-language version, in the range of 1800-2300 characters with spaces. Keywords range from three to eight.

Example:

Anthropological component of the nature of the state

V.V Khmil, T.V. Khmil.

The goal of the work. The research is related to the search for new means and methods of substantiation of ethical moral standards as a basis for civil intervention in the life of the state. The crisis of certain social theories and models of social development does not always take into account the place and role of the state in social, political and spiritual transformations. The methodology of the study is to apply comparative, historical and logical methods. This methodological approach allows to reveal and analyze certain models regarding the anthropological component in the social relations provided by certain types of state entities in order to find a dynamic view of the future of man, new dimensions of his self-realization. The scientific novelty of the work is to broaden ideas about the evolution of human freedom in different historical types of states. A comparative analysis of the development of states and their place of human freedom provides an opportunity to become more aware of the anthropological determinant, which gradually subordinates and takes over the state institutions necessary for humanizing the external conditions of human existence, as well as to identify the directions of state development and space for amateur activity as “ from what ”and“ for ”what freedom of the individual is needed. Conclusions. Understanding the development of paradigm systems based on the moral constituent of the state gives a new point of reference for reform activity, in the direction of bringing the state closer to universal values. The state, building itself on moral and human principles, is moving towards its self-destruction as a force field of power.

Keywords: anthropological paradigm; state; civil society ethics; morality; post-liberalism
