Review Form

The structure of the article

1. UDC Index.

2. Information about the author in Ukrainian, Russian and English, containing the following data (without abbreviations and acronyms): surname, name, patronymic, academic degree, academic title, position indicating the structural unit and the name of the institution at the main place of work of the author. For example: Roman E. Esipenko, Doctor of History, Professor, Professor of the Department of Social Sciences of the National Academy of Management Personnel of Culture and Arts; the international ORCID scholar ID is required.

3. Contact information: telephone number, e-mail.

4. Title of the article in Ukrainian, Russian and English.

5. Abstracts for the articles are required to be informative, concise and to the point (without vague general words). Abstracts and keywords are provided in three languages (Ukrainian, Russian, English) in the range of 1800-2300 characters with spaces. The abstract is given in one paragraph, with a width alignment; the abstract is submitted in accordance with the requirements of scientometric bases as a structured abstract and should contain the following selected elements: the aim of the research, methodology, scientific novelty, conclusions, keywords. The abstract should not include References or abbreviations. The abstracts in Russian and English is a translation of the Ukrainian-language version.

6. Keywords (6–10 words or phrases defined by the author) shoud reflect the main notions of the subject area of the paper that are used in the text of the article and should be presented as terms applied in the paper.

Example:

Anthropological component of the nature of the state

The aim of the research. The research is related to the search for new means and methods of substantiation of ethical moral standards as a basis for civil intervention in the life of the state. The crisis of certain social theories and models of social development does not always take into account the place and role of the state in social, political and spiritual transformations. The methodology of the study is based on the application of comparative, historical and logical methods. This methodological approach allows to reveal and analyse certain models regarding the anthropological component in the social relations provided by certain types of state entities in order to find a dynamic approach towards the future of the individual, define new dimensions of personal self-realisation.

The scientific novelty of the work is that the provided material gives boader perspective on the evolution of human freedom in different historical types of states. A comparative analysis of the development of states and the place of human freedom in them provides an opportunity to become more aware of the anthropological determinant, which gradually subordinates and takes over the state institutions necessary for humanizing the external conditions of human existence, as well as to identify the directions of state development and to define the space for self-realisation as what freedom of the individual is needed «from» and «for» Conclusions. Understanding the development of paradigm systems based on the moral constituent of the state gives a new point of References for reform activity, in the direction of bringing the state closer to universal values. The state, building itself on moral and human principles, is moving towards its self-destruction as a force field of power.

Keywords: anthropological paradigm; state; civil society, ethics; morality; post-liberalism
