Abstract: In the article an archaeographical and palaeographical research and description of an old cyrillic notated manuscript fragment of Institute of Manuscript of VNLU (f. 235, № 10) is offered. The fragment is a valuable part of the notated code of Stychyrar minejny that dates from ХІІ century (SHM, Sin. 279; RSL, Grig. 47). The manuscript under investigation represents the oldest type of non-staff notation that was used in liturgical cyrillic singing books of the period of Kyivan Rus.
