P. S. Morachevsky as a researcher and Ukrainian language translator of the Holy Scripture books in the historiography of the late 19th – early 21st centuries

Abstract: In the article for the first time an analytical research of P. S. Morachevsky personality and his original work in historiography as Holy Books researcher and translator to new Ukrainian language of the end of XIXth – beginning of XXIst century is revealed. This core aspect of Ukrainian historiography study is emphasised and other works are examined.
